Pendaftaran Program Dokter Spesialis FK Unair-RSU Dr. Soetomo sudah mulai dibuka. Terakhir SPP persemester adalah 3 Juta perbulan, dimana ini adalah SPP termurah untuk program spesialis dokter di Indonesia. Kasus di RSU Dr. Soetomo dibilang sangat beragam dikarenakan RSU Dr. Soetomo adalah Rumah Sakit rujukan tertinggi di wilayah Indonesia bagian timur . Pendaftaran dimulai 2 kali selama setahun. Dan dibawah ini adalah Program Dokter Spesialis FK Unair-RSU Dr. Soetomo yang dibuka antara lain:

Persyaratan dan pendaftaran dapat dilihat di website Diklat TKP RSU Dr. Soetomo. Syarat umumnya lebih diutamakan ATLS, ACLS, EKG, NLS bagi Pediatri dan Ilmu Kebidanan & Penyakit Kandungan, pasca PTT meskipun tidak semua bagian. Tapi pasca PTT memang lebih strategis untuk diterima. Persyaratan lain nilai TOEFL minimal 500, bagian Bedah mengutamakan TOEFL 550. Terutama Ilmu Bedah Orthopaedi & Traumatologi dan Urologi.
